Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.

Stock guest room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.

Ensure that all guest rooms are inspected thoroughly, and any maintenance issues are reported immediately.

Restock supplies such as coffee, tea, and water in guest rooms and public areas.

Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored after use.

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Follow all health and safety regulations and policies.

Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time
