Job Description

ROR Developer

Experience: 5-8 years with good analytical and communication skills.

Skills Required :

Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Good understating of server-side templating languages.
Good understating of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as Sass.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Strong understanding of JavaScript is a must, including common libraries,
such as jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.
Familiarity of concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, RESTful
Familiarity with creating background/cron jobs.
Agile development environment.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Familiarity with development aiding tools, such as Bower, Bundler, Rake etc.
Database development using Postgres and MySQL.
Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration.
Familiarity with AWS and Heroku platforms.
