Location - Pune

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere 360
• Good Knowledge on RPA Technologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages ( Python, VB Script, JavaScript) is an added advantage
• Good to have Basic knowledge of Co- pilot

Key Responsibilities
1. RPA Solution Design & Development
-
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Automation Anywhere 360.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to enhance productivity and accuracy.
-
Develop attended and unattended bots, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
-
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
2. Process Analysis & Optimization
-
Evaluate existing manual workflows and recommend process improvements.
-
Document process flows, technical specifications, and design details.
-
Ensure best practices are followed in bot development, security, and error handling.

Continuously monitor automated processes and optimize performance where needed.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
-
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for automation workflows.

Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
-
Ensure bots perform accurately and consistently under various conditions.
-
Maintain compliance with company standards, security guidelines, and governance frameworks.
4. Deployment & Support
-
Deploy bots to production environments using Automation Anywhere Control Room.

Manage bot scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
-
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing bots, ensuring minimal downtime.

Handle version control, rollback strategies, and deployment documentation.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to understand automation needs.

Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
-
Participate in regular status meetings and report on project progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with business objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
-
Hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere 360 (mandatory).
-
Expertise in bot development, control room management, and IQ Bot implementation.
-
Knowledge of APIs, database integration, and REST/SOAP services.
-
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.

Experience with RPA orchestration, exception handling, and error recovery mechanisms.

Understanding of document processing, OCR tools, and AI/ML integration.

Ability to analyze complex workflows and break them into automation components.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Capability to evaluate automation feasibility and ROI for proposed processes.
