- Experience in developing applications in Ruby on Rails - Solid understanding in design pattern and implementation. - Solid experience in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery/AngularJS - Good in DB design and performance tuning in MySQL. - Should have experience in code analyse/monitoring tools like New Relic .- Experience on API and RESTful based application. - Solid understanding of Git and Git Flow - Knowledge on deployment and scaling rails applications using AWS etc. - Experience on performance improvement and should worked on large scale application. - Knowledge of RedIS, DB Caching, Sidekiq background process.
