S&I Consultant Psychologist Jobs in Bangalore - Central Test
Job Description
You will be joining Central Testâs Science & Innovation (S&I) department, helping us to build our tools and working collaboratively with the Consulting and Communication departments to provide consulting services to clients and create communication material for our products.
The main tasks involve:
- Working with S&I and Communication to create product materials; product videos, webinars, and other materials as required
- Assisting S&I in projects as required (psychometrics, AI, etc.).
- Assisting in the organisation of translation projects
- Carrying out market / competitor research
- Providing pre-sales consulting, sales team support, answering client queries (post-sales)
- Conducting client trainings, debriefings, audits and others as required
- Documenting training observations, follow-ups, client feedback, comments, etc.
- Attending client meetings on request, providing onsite training to clients and participating in HR events, trade shows as and when required
Qualifications needed:
Post graduate in Psychology (M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology), preferably Industrial / Organizational Psychology
Experience in Consulting / HR / Communications is desired
Necessary skills:
- Knowledge of and interest in psychometrics
- Very good communication & client skills
- Ability and desire to work across a variety of projects
- Excellent writing skills & ability to write communication content
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Global mindset
