The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and recruitment, with an interest in the IT sector. This is a trainee position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in IT recruitment processes.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job postings on job boards and social media- Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals- Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements- Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and requirements- Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records- Support HR operations and other HR activities as required
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an added advantage- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Good command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools- Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field- Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory
