Job Description:

• First point of contact for any Safety and Security issue reported in the assigned area.
• Handle trespassing, theft and any other legal issue that might be reported from Nestaway properties.  
• Handle cases of tenants misusing premises. 
• Handle cases of tenants manhandling each other. 
• Handle incidences related to non­-adherence of existing tenancy policies.
