Candidate have to work in night shift for US-Client
Job Description ::
Proven SP ISC engineering experience, not IDN.
Currently holds SP ISC Certification
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Implementation:
-
Develop and deploy scalable identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
-
Design role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and policy-based access control models.
-
Integrate ISC with enterprise applications, directories (e.g., Azure AD, LDAP), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-
Participate in architecture reviews and ensure identity solutions align with security and business requirements.
2. Identity Lifecycle Management:
-
Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and updates of user accounts, groups, and entitlements.
-
Configure and manage identity workflows, approval processes, and identity governance policies.
-
Implement and manage identity-related events such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and access requests.
3. Access Governance:
-
Develop and maintain access certification campaigns and periodic reviews for compliance.
-
Implement segregation of duties (SoD) policies to prevent unauthorized access or conflicts of interest.
-
Monitor and audit access logs to detect anomalies and enforce least privilege principles.
4. Integration and API Management:
-
Integrate SailPoint ISC with third-party platforms using REST APIs, SCIM, SAML, and OAuth protocols.

Develop connectors for custom applications or systems not natively supported.

Ensure robust synchronization of identity data across various internal and external systems.
5. Monitoring & Optimization:
-
Monitor system performance, logs, and events to ensure ISC uptime, performance, and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across platforms and applications.
-
Continuously refine rules, policies, and connectors based on audit feedback, business changes, or security assessments.
6. Security & Compliance:
-
Ensure identity solutions meet compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO 27001.

Perform periodic security assessments of the ISC platform and integrations.

Maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
7. Collaboration & Support:
-
Work closely with internal IT teams, business units, application owners, and security personnel.
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM or SailPoint staff.
-
Offer Tier 2/3 support for IAM-related service tickets and incidents.
