Openings available for Inbound Tech Support with Exp of 6 months or 1 Year above.
Hiring for inbound tech support with good experience for inbound tech.
Salary on the 1st of the monthFixed salary upto 25KAttractive incentives.
Position available: Tele Sales Associates.
Job Role:Receiving calls of the customer,resolving their issues like pop up calls/anti virus issues/email issues/error code messages on the screen,candidates needs to resolve these issues and make a sale.
Attending calls of the customer which will be related to pop up calls,antivirus,router,printer issues,email issues etccandidates needs to solve the issues of the customer with a resolution and make a sale.
Candidate Profile:Must be experience in Inbound or Outbound tech support for 6 months or 1 Year above.Must know how to close their own calls.Must be fluent in English.Must be flexible.
Benefits:Salary always credited on the 1st. Salary upto 25K along with good Incentives.6 Days work. 1 Roster off.
