Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Lawyer Onboarding will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and registering advocates with the company’s platform or services. This role requires a proactive approach to connecting with lawyers through various channels, explaining the company’s offerings, building strong professional relationships, and ensuring a smooth registration process.
The position is target-driven and requires a confident communicator who can engage effectively with legal professionals, address their queries, and persuade them to join the company’s network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach and Lead Generation

Identify and create a database of advocates and law firms in the assigned territory.

Reach out to lawyers via phone calls, field visits, emails, and professional networking platforms.

Develop relationships through regular follow-up and engagement.
2. Service Presentation and Selling

Explain the company’s services, benefits, and processes to advocates in a clear and professional manner.

Customize the pitch according to the lawyer’s practice area, needs, and potential benefits.

Address objections and resolve queries to help lawyers make informed decisions.
3. Registration and Onboarding

Guide advocates through the entire registration process—collecting documents, filling forms, and ensuring data accuracy.

Ensure the lawyer’s profile is completed and active on the company’s platform.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and activation.
4. Relationship Building

Maintain long-term relationships with registered advocates to encourage referrals and ongoing engagement.

Act as a point of contact for lawyers, providing post-registration support when required.

Network at legal events, bar association meetings, and seminars to increase brand visibility.
5. Reporting and Target Achievement

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly registration targets.

Maintain detailed records of outreach, interactions, and registrations in CRM or tracking tools.

Submit daily/weekly reports to the manager regarding progress and challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

Background in Law, Business, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in sales, client acquisition, or working with professionals (such as doctors, CA, lawyers) preferred.
Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Confidence in face-to-face and telephonic client interaction.
