Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – Real Estate is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property showings, and closing real estate sales deals. The role involves promoting residential and/or commercial properties offered by the company, understanding client requirements, and providing personalized real estate solutions. The Sales Executive plays a crucial part in meeting revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building the company’s brand in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and other lead-generation methods.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and prospects using CRM tools.

Participate in property expos, promotional events, and roadshows to attract potential buyers and investors.
2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management

Meet and interact with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, financial capabilities, and timelines.

Offer expert advice on current market conditions, property trends, and pricing strategies.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
3. Property Presentation & Site Visits

Schedule and conduct property showings, both on-site and virtual, for potential buyers.

Present properties in a professional and engaging manner, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.

Address client questions and concerns about property specifications, legal documentation, payment plans, and amenities.
4. Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals

Prepare and present property quotations, offers, and negotiation proposals to clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and other conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to facilitate smooth sales transactions and agreement execution.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on local real estate trends, new project launches, and pricing movements.

Monitor competitors’ offerings and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning.

Provide market insights and sales performance data to the sales manager for business planning.
6. Documentation & Compliance

Assist clients in completing necessary documentation related to the property purchase, booking, registration, and payment.

Ensure all sales activities and paperwork adhere to real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and updated sales records, agreements, and customer data.
7. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.

Collaborate with marketing teams for lead nurturing campaigns and property promotions.

Coordinate with other departments such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure end-to-end customer service.
