- Identifying Opportunity.
- Initial Solution offering.
- Estimating budgetary Project Cost.
- Confirmation from prospective customer for budget availability.
- Lead time for decision making.
- Identifying Competition.
- Technical Presentations along with Presales Team
- Proof of Concept to be coordinated with Presales Team
- Techno-Commercial Negotiation and Submission of final offer
- Order from Customer
- Delivery to be coordinated with Logistics Team
- Installation & Implementation to be coordinated with Support Team.
- Receiving of Payments and follow up with Accounts.
