Job Summary
LaCara InterCorpSolutiions Pvt. Ltd requires a Sales Admin Executive with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on business partners, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Handling channel partners sales accounts, up marketing, strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to take up any ad hoc task related to the sales & training. The ideal candidate must has first-hand experience in handling channel partners accounts, researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategically interface with the business partnership, understanding their requirements and share the requirement details to sales team
- Obtain the PO form the business partners as per the company’s terms and condition.
- Liaise and strategically interface with principal business partners (Distributors) towards any new addition in the requirements.
- Collaborate, coordinate, interface and work seamlessly with other departments (especially with procurement and logistic department) to ensure timely delivery of the order.
- Lead, co- ordinate and manage sales to ensure full client satisfaction in both pre and post sales activities.
- Pursue new business partners and follow through to successful MOUs.
- Ensure the best practices are used with all teams to better the workflow.
- Promote the company’s image, product, and services.
- Attending meetings with prospective business partner’s.
- Record sales, revenue, and invoices to analyze.
- Orient and motivate business development and channel partner’s on weekly and monthly goals to keep them on the task.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Marketing with minimum 3 year experience in sales and marketing in relevant industry.
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to communicate information to staff members and business partner’s, in a clear and concise manner.
- Fast learner, keeping abreast with latest technology
- Ability to network, negotiate and make a good rapport with business partners.
- Ability to motivate sales and convince clients.
- Strong time management, multitasking and organisation skills.
- Strong proficiency in office tools such as MS office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)

Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹335,000.00 /year
