Job Description

Function Description: Sales Administrator / Sales Processing Officer  
Main tasks / description
  • Order processing (all orders in ERP within 24 hours, order confirmation within 48 hours)
  • Replies to customer inquiries and requests
  • Responsible for full order processing / sales co-ordination; including time & accurate order entry and 
  • processing of purchase orders to factories/suppliers, implementation of pre-agreed transaction terms, 
  • proper import/export and commercial documentation including all logistics processes 
  • Maintains relevant sales data sheets, provide statistic & administration support; sales margin analyses   and generates sales reports for management & sales team
  • Customer inquiry follow up
  • Coordinate internally with other staff including the finance personnel as well as
  • customers to assure harmonized sales and marketing services
  • ERP sales data maintenance (SAP system)
  • Help to track payments from customers
  • Support salesman in their daily work, and also group business programs / activities.
  • Back-up (support) of sales & marketing staff
  • Liaise with finance personnel for interfacing of sales transactions into finance 
  • systems, verification of suppliers’ invoices, proper allocation of business/cost units to all purchases, 
  • accounts receivables, including banking, ensure minimal bad debts, inventory management
  • Organization of marketing related material
  • General office administration 
  • - Any other job function assigned from time to time

  • Good PC skill including ERP (SAP knowledge an advantage), Excel, PP, etc.,
  • Fluent in English,
