Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store or showroom.

Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, benefits, and comparisons.

Product Recommendations and Sales

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and lifestyle.

Demonstrate products when applicable and offer in-depth explanations.

Encourage upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and boost sales.

Stay informed about current promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Sales and Target Achievement

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets as assigned.

Track personal sales performance and participate in daily or weekly sales reviews.

Actively participate in promotional events, seasonal campaigns, or in-store marketing efforts.

Customer Relationship Building
-
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
-
Record customer preferences and purchases to create personalized shopping experiences.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Stock and Inventory Support
-
Assist in managing stock levels by monitoring product availability.

Replenish shelves, displays, or showrooms when items run low.

Tag, label, and organize products according to store layout and guidelines.

Visual Merchandising
-
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.

Help set up promotional displays, signage, and seasonal layouts.

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Billing and Point of Sale
-
Process customer transactions using POS systems, credit/debit machines, or digital wallets.

Generate bills, offer receipts, and handle returns or exchanges per policy.

Ensure accurate pricing and apply discounts or promotions correctly.

Teamwork and Communication

Collaborate with fellow sales staff and managers to meet store goals.

Share customer insights or product feedback with the team.
