Job Responsibilities:

● Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations.

● Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products or services and answer any questions customers may have.
● Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.
● Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving individual sales goals.
● Build and maintain customer relationships by proactively following up on purchases, providing after-sales support, and addressing any issues or concerns.
● Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to position our products effectively or services in the market.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
● Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet overall company objectives.

Required Skills:

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.

● A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
