Job Description

YT Integrated Solutions is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager who would be a partner in progress of the brand. If you are reading this, then you are one of them whose interest and competency seem to align with what we are in search of A Differentiated Talent


Candidate having exposure in appliances and cookware industry is a plus. Freshers willing to learn quickly are also welcome.


Role and responsibilities

  • The incumbent have the wide exposure and rich experience in channel sales of handling large dealer network of small appliances .
  • Enable to execute strong trade commercial policies / retail schemes .
  • Enable to assess local market conditions and provide feedback on market demand in terms of Products and POS
  • Responsible for identify new market segments.
  • Responsible for credit controls & receivables management.
  • Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of existing Channel network of dealers to enhance market penetration & generate business
  • Plan and forecast volumes and coordinate with production networks to ensure ready availability of the product at all times
  • Conceptualizing and implement retail schemes & plans to achieve sales & collection targets.
  • Prepare and submit reports on Dealers performance and present on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior expertise in similar role with strong Attitude towards placement of products
  • Strong sales record on diffuse market with ability to manage several channel partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Working under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving and analysis

  • Well Professionally Groomed
  • Presentable skills with pleasing personality
