Job Description
Voitekk SoftSol Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales and Customer Service Executives for BPO roles in Real Estate, Medical, and Diagnostics at its Thane West office. Available roles include Raymond Real Estate Lead Generation, Aglius Diagnostic Customer Service, and Plix Medical Product Sales. Shifts vary: Raymond/Plix (10 AM–7 PM), Aglius (7 AM–4 PM & 1 PM–10 PM rotational). Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, aged 18–35, open to all genders. Raymond requires prior BPO or real estate sales experience; Aglius and Plix welcome freshers with BPO exposure. English communication ranges from average to excellent depending on process. Salaries: Raymond ₹18K–₹25K, Plix ₹15K–₹19K, Aglius up to ₹18K. Key skills: calling, lead generation, sales pitching, query handling, and goal orientation.
