Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of driving sales and providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, working closely with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, pricing structures, promotions, and industry trends to effectively present options to customers.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and generate new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers after initial contact or sales interaction to build relationships and encourage repeat business.

CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information, sales activity, and opportunities into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with sales colleagues and management to develop strategic sales initiatives and share insights on customer feedback and trends.
Customer Service Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide friendly, timely, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, product returns, billing inquiries, and service concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.

Customer Education: Inform customers about product features, troubleshooting tips, account usage, and company policies in a clear and patient manner.

Order Processing: Process orders, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
