Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our real estate team as a Sales and Marketing Associate.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, site visits, and presentations to promote property listings and close deals.

Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, referrals, and cold calls.

Conduct property tours for potential buyers or tenants and highlight features and selling points.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, pricing, and competition.

Negotiate terms and prepare necessary documentation for lease or sale agreements.

Work closely with the sales team and brokers to meet individual and team sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering support before, during, and after the sales process.

Attend open houses, networking events, and property expos to represent the company and generate leads.
Marketing Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing properties.

Create and manage property listings on various real estate portals, company website, and social media platforms.

Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.

Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and keep clients informed.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media insights.

Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate lead and client information.

Collaborate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and advertising agencies as needed for marketing purposes.

Develop and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, blog posts, etc.) that highlight property features and market benefits.
Administrative and Support Functions

Maintain organized records of sales activity, marketing performance, and client interactions.

Prepare sales reports, market analyses, and client proposals as required.

Support the coordination of promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions.
