Strateworks Solutions is seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Software Sales and Marketing team. You’ll be part of a high-growth environment helping businesses transform through innovative software solutions like ZOHO, Salesforce, Freshworks, and other cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development for leading software solutions (ZOHO, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Odoo, Freshworks, etc.)
Drive the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients
Understand client needs and map them to the right software solutions
Excel in B2B enterprise software sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Build and execute effective sales enablement and demand generation strategies
Think strategically and result-oriented, adapting to dynamic business needs
Present success stories and client case studies through various mediums
Actively engage with clients/prospects via website, social media, CRM, and other platforms
Write and edit sales content – from basic pitches to detailed proposals (with SME support if needed)
Take full ownership of business development, functioning as a department lead
Lead and build a sales team in the future as part of growth and expansion
Freshers and Experienced professionals
Graduates/Postgraduates in BBA, MBA, or Engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
