Job Description
- Co-coordinating with management to promote our corporate product and services in E-marketing and direct marketing.
- Managing major corporate accounts and maintaining the relationship with existing clients and bring in new clients into the fold.
- Contacting clients received from various sources and understanding their requirement before sending proposals.
- To Support management in Preparing Proposal, quote and Performa invoice on corporate/Institute front
- Dealing with clients concerns, negotiation on given quote and other issues if any. If need arises escalating it to the corporate Manager.
- Managing end to end coordination from acquiring a client till the delivery of training services
- Payment follow up and renewal of existing business with the corporates
- To build a strong relationship with clients (corporates/Institutions). Find out the opportunities in cross selling our other products
- Sense of brand building by giving timely service, trust, quality and standard to clients
- New customer acquisition
