Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to act as the liaison between our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Present our company to potential clients
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
8. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives
9. Report to the business development manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
10. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
11.
Research core problems affecting our leads and the market in general
(sales offering is unique to every company and hence understanding what
the customer needs is critical)
12. Visit client location within a
given region & outside, based on requirements to generate leads for
all services and products within Percoyo
13. Maintain Zoho CRM
14. Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly
15. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
16. Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
17. Develop quotes and proposals
18. Negotiate and re-negotiate by phone, email, and in-person
19. Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met
20.
Innovate on shorter sales cycles, quicker follow-up methods, and better
ways of conversion(notifications, messaging, email, in-person, etc.)
Who can apply:
1. Proven work experience as a sales/business development, sales account executive, or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling, etc.)
3. Track record of achieving sales quotas
4. Experience with IT software sales (e.g., Google Ads) is a added advantage
5. Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
6. Understanding of sales performance metrics
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
9. Degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
10. Understanding MS office tools is a plus
11. Great email communication and spoken English skills are mandatory.
