Job Description
- Experience as a Business Development for IT Staffing Services / Business Development / Sales for Domestic IT market.
- Energetic & dynamic professional who has knowledge of business and new client development, formulating a team to service the new business and grow and sustain new clients in HR / Manpower / Staffing Services.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts and working close with recruitment team, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Meet & engage with Strategic / HR Heads of various companies to get insights on their people plans and positions.
- Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities and sound in market strategies/survey.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Should be target oriented, aggressive in acquiring new clients & a go getter.
- Hands on experience & sound knowledge in IT Staffing (Domestic) & Consulting.
- Develop new business relationships and prospects to provide staffing or consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients in Hyderabad.
- Build relationships with Technology Managers & Talent Acquisition Managers & Negotiate contracts to close the point of sale
