Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers over the phone and pitch about Growcercart to customers and make them join Growcercart platform.
- Visit potential customers in person to collect relevant data once in 2 or 3 days and ensure correct on boarding of customer.
- Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries on field visits.
- Sales Executive will train and support clients to use Growcercart mobile app.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Note: Our customers are Vegetable shops, Provisional stores, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Convenience stores.
- Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
- Mandatory : Telugu and Hindi speaking ,Bike and Should be willing to travel across the assigned area and willingness to be on field.
- Target based Incentives, Flexible work hours, Informal dress code, 5 days a week .
