Job Description
- Generating leads and managing walk-in clients.
- Responsible for client coordination/follow-ups and coordinating for the site visit filtering the data and sending the requisition to particular clients.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Coordinating for closing of property deals and ensures vital documents are signed and payment received.
- Facilitating arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- They are also in charge of the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
- Should act as an intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals.
- Must provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns.
- Should also involve conducting surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
