Job Duties:
- Should possess good communication, interpersonal skills and adaptability. Must be persuasive and patient.
- Good understanding Understanding of web based information systems and working knowledge of local commercial of client expectations and understanding market/competitors dynamics.
- Knowledge of e-Commerce, transport, logistics industry would be appreciable.
- Sound, Analytical skills, Problem solving and cool headed
- Self-starter, Relationship builder, Result Oriented, Convincing and Negotiation, Time management, etc.
- Fluent in English with outstanding presentation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
