• Salary Calculation and having experience in the relevant filed for 1-3 year(s)  (BOTH BENCH Recruitment & Direct Client Requirement) who can take up the challenge and work alongside our elite group of Client, based across the continents.
  
• Having an MBA/PGDM in IT OR B.TECH in IT/CS OR BCA/MCA is an added advantage. Special preference will be given to those candidates with strong LEADERSHIP SKILLS who can supervise associates and manage a team of enthusiasts under them.
  
• Securing less marks in education is not a CRITERIA at all, but candidates should have great communication skills in English with sound analogical understanding.
  
• Recent graduates in the field of Technology and Engineering are also welcome.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients
  
• Sourcing candidates online, making calls to them and recruit them for their respective client requirements over email and phone
  
• Source all necessary documents from candidates for onboarding process
  
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
  
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  
• Should be proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
  
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
  
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  
• Should be well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  
• Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
  
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Indeed, Yahoo Hot Jobs, Job diva, Desi OPT, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jobrapido, SimplyHired, TheLadders etc.), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
  
• Build network of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
  
• Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto
  
• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
  
• Weekly meetings with India offshore team with the status update, discuss requirements to be working as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
  
• Report to management every week on weekly and monthly assignments.
  
• Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
  
• Should be capable to handle a team as well, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills.
