Responsibilities and Duties:  

• We require a person who can create the lead, nurture the lead and close the lead.
  
• We are looking for a young & dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive for B2B Marketing who can grow in a fast- paced business environment.
  
• Generating new leads as well as increase leads from existing clients.
  
• Preparing offers, follow-ups, negotiations, converting to orders, meeting monthly Sales Target, follow-up on supply of materials and payments.
  
• Responsible for achieving the targets set by the company.
  
• Build effective business relationships.
  
• Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.
  
• Handle online and offline marketing.
  
• Responsible for business development, interacting with the customers independently, market research periodically.
  
• Implementation of Sales & Marketing activities, achieving monthly sales targets.
  
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  
• Strong organization and time management skills.
  
• Develop business for new products and explore new market.
  
• Prepare product wise sales forecast, develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  
• Keeping records and documentation for feedback.
  
• Undertake business promotion activities, exhibitions, advertising, taking part in exhibitions and seminars to promote company products.
  
• Responsible to follow up regularly with our dealers and distributors.
  
• To conduct market survey, distributing marketing and promotional material to B2B, B2C customers and making brand awareness.
