Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales, Marketing and Training Plan:
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing and training plan for an area of responsibility that aligns with overall company objectives.
  • Achieve Area Revenue Target:
  • Achieve revenue targets including new centres.
  • Provide Area support to ensure target achievement and overall growth of the brand.
  • Create and maintain a sales and marketing calendar for the assigned region in conjunction with national strategy and client satisfaction plans.
  • Monthly Reporting Of Area Activities:
  • Support the business development plan of the assigned region with monthly reporting tools
  • Reports: Reports require updating on a regular basis as per company guidelines to include monitoring of the following:
  • Expense budgets, projected and actual with impact on sales on all Area activities.
  • Sell through analysis including current offerings, promotional activity and competitor impact.
  • Impact of the Area Manager’s in-field activities.
  • Training activities and the impact on sales growth.
Area Planning:
  • Planning on an Area basis by clients, by business divisions in alignment with National Strategy and the client’s specific activities
  • Formulate centre plan and conduct regular sales and centre meetings in order to deliver the overall Area target.
  • Effectively launch new products and services through team/sales meetings, centre visits and client details.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the franchisee partner of the assigned region.
  • Plan customized field activities, events and promotions to support all business divisions within the region while managing time, resources and funds.
  • Target Business Segments And Key Account Management:
  • Identify and target key business segment by region and develop activities to gain and maintain business.
  • Maintain an active Area target list.
  • Detailing support and centre visits to open new accounts and support growth.
  • Design business development plans in consultation with centre managers of the assigned region in sync with the national business development plan.
  • Create and execute planning calendars with salon, chain and beauty store owners to include openers, promotional purchases, and launches. Incentives and education
  • Plan, coordinate and/or conduct regular training for employees of the assigned region
  • Do regular key account details to ensure the following:
  • Full brand representation
  • Auditing of employees technical knowledge and subsequent needs.
