Job Description
- Remote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Sending out details of properties to various brokers and websites
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price
- Making appointments and accompanying buyers during visits to and inspections of property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets
- Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
