Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive, CCM.
Reporting Structure: reporting directly to the Managing Director
Location: Soyal Palace, A wing, Porwal Rd, Kutwal Colony, Lohgaon, Pune 411047, Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities
1. Sales / Business development (approximately 70% of workload)
· To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities for CCM are acted upon. To gather a clear view of a prospect’s reasons for engaging CCM and required key deliverables to allow compelling propositions to be created, presented and closed as appropriate
· For all new clients, prepare a client brief for the CCM, effecting the handover of the relationship into the delivery phase
· To further develop relationships with existing business Client and identify and develop opportunities with new Client.
· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
· Give information and support to Client related to online product
· Collecting Payment from Client, Taking Follow up, Generating Daily Report.
2. Training and Learning (approximately 25% of workload)
· Attain Training of Online Product, Understand the key USP (unique selling proposition) regularly
· Marketing Training and Practical implementation of Strategy and Skill
· Learning skill related to Marketing, negotiation, Relationship Management etc.
3. Competitor and market awareness(approximately 5% of workload)
· To research resources available to CCM and to scan competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients. To make suggestions to the CCM when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified

Qualifications
· Educated to degree level, or having equivalent work experience. Any graduate excluding BE /B tech, BCA/MCA, BCS/MCS, BSC/MSC (computer /IT ).Diploma in IT or Computer.
· Prefer for BA , BBA, MBA, B.com, B.Ed, D.Ed, who is interested in marketing profile.
Package
Hours of work
· The role is full time (56 hours per week, Monday to Saturday ).10 :00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location
· The role is principally office-based, although visits to prospects’ offices and events are required. Access to a car and a clean driving license is therefore essential. All travel expenses will be paid in accordance with HMRC guidelines (i.e. all business-related travel expenses will be reimbursed, but travel to and from home to the office cannot be paid).
Remuneration package
· The salary for the role will be 10,000 - 24,000 per Month depending on performance.
Holiday
· The full-year entitlement for this role is 28 days.
Smartphone, laptop and bike
· A smartphone, laptop and bike arranged by you. The cost of personal calls and data access (subject to agreed limits) will be met by the Company.
