Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Responsibilities
-
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

Visit potential and existing clients to present products and services in a compelling manner.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals.
-
Follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert prospects into customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.

Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and record all customer interactions in a CRM system.

Monitor market trends and identify potential new business opportunities.
2. Marketing Responsibilities
-
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
-
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
-
Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation.
-
Contribute to the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and product catalogues.

Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
-
Provide input on branding, product development, and customer experience improvements.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer concerns or queries quickly and professionally.

Develop loyalty programs, client engagement strategies, and retention plans.

Gather and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
4. Reporting and Analysis
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports highlighting performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
