Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. As a part of our team, you will help develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, and contribute to increasing sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
- Promote products/services via digital and offline marketing efforts.
- Support the marketing team in organizing campaigns and events.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Prepare reports and give presentations on marketing and sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

As a founding partner, I was not someone who had decided to work with something so technical. My journey with Interiors began with working on the decorative end of Accessories for Interiors. While I was recently renovating my own home, I did not have the best experience while trying to find the best luxury fan to fit in my own project. was getting fans that had half the technology I was looking for, but they lacked the design look and feel.
When design meets functionality and combines with technology, simple things like adjusting the fan speed or having an auto temperature control where the speed of the fan varies according to the temperature of the environment, or intelligent temperature control technology or dimmer and light adjustments.
At Aerpointfans, we believe that all aspects of Interiors should be a conversation piece, artisan designer Fans, that drive this point of the home. We do not believe in compromising on the kind of product we are bringing to our clients, either in the guarantees or design or the technology. We believe that each product should be providing a solution to an existing challenge. In India, we face many challenges with voltage fluctuations, power outages, also with inverter or solar power, used in many luxury villas and stand-alone Luxury Bungalows and homes. We wanted to provide solutions to these uniquely Indian challenges so that our clients, Architects and Interior Designers feel confident to recommend our products for their projects.
