Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and online research.

Pitch company products or services to new clients and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.

Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales successfully.

Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools or Excel sheets.

Conduct follow-ups with clients for order confirmation, payment, and feedback.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising strategies.

Manage social media pages, email campaigns, and digital content creation (if required).

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.

Help organize trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

Provide input on marketing strategies based on customer feedback and sales data.

Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
