Job Description
- Be able to perform a strategic plan in the development of new business
- Ensure that sales targets are achieved, including any strategic company focus categories
- Build effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools (become their trusted advisor)
- To report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the team on the development of market, by highlighting strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats
- Be able to be proactive in daily call outs activities
- Increase sales volume from key accounts as allocated but also increase the breadth of trading base
- Be able to capitalize on any sales opportunities and be aware of any weaknesses in the sales process with key accounts
Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor, or reseller
- Have completed BBA/MBA from recognized college.
- A current driver's license and own vehicle is essential
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
- Ability to build new and effective business relationships and maintain, develop, and set revenue budgets & targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and the ability understand the market requirements and needs
- Understanding of current product knowledge and have the willingness to improve upon it
- Flexible and proactive approach to business
