Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who excel in both generating sales and promoting the company’s products or services through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role that involves planning, execution, and coordination of both sales activities and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.

  • Maintain an updated customer database using CRM tools and track sales performance.

  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, or brand awareness.

  • Coordinate with the design and content team to create promotional materials, advertisements, and online content.

  • Manage and update the company's digital presence, including social media accounts, websites, and email marketing platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance the company’s visibility.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on results to management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with marketing activities.
