Job Description
SALARY 15-25000 PER MONTH + PETROL + MOBILE

Introduction
A Sales and Marketing Executive for Lift Sales is responsible for promoting, selling, and marketing elevator and lift solutions within the Rajasthan region. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and supporting business growth in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales orientation, knowledge of lift products, and expertise in B2B and B2C client interactions. This position is ideal for professionals who are goal-driven, technically sound, and capable of building long-term client relationships in the lift and elevator industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Lead Generation

Identify potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors within Rajasthan.

Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase lift solutions and product benefits.

Understand client requirements and offer customized lift solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, architects, facility managers, and corporate clients.

Address client queries and provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Proposal Preparation & Sales Closure

Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for clients.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure project feasibility.

Follow up on pending proposals to ensure timely closure of sales.
4. Market Analysis & Competitor Research

Conduct research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market strategies.

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and product demand.

Provide insights to management for strategic planning and product positioning.

Stay updated on government regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to lifts and elevators.
5. Marketing & Promotional Activities

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase lift products.

Collaborate with marketing teams to launch regional campaigns targeting builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients.

Provide feedback from clients to improve marketing materials and campaigns.

Promote new product launches, maintenance contracts, and service packages effectively.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales in CRM systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Track client feedback, project progress, and after-sales support for continuous improvement.

Submit performance reports to regional sales manager or business head.
