Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell earthing and lightning arrester systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of electrical safety systems, combined with effective communication and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales & Business Development:
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital platforms, and networking.

Present products and solutions to consultants, contractors, engineers, and end-users.
-
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing:
-
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
-
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Collaborate with the marketing team for content creation, product brochures, and online promotions.

Technical Support:
-
Provide technical consultation and system recommendations to clients.

Understand and explain various earthing and lightning protection systems (ESE, conventional, grounding solutions).

Work with the engineering team to prepare proposals, BOQs, and technical submittals.

Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Handle client queries, provide quotations, and follow up for order closures.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after sales.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Education:
+2/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA in Marketing (preferred) -
Experience:
1–5 years of experience in B2C sales of electrical products, preferably in grounding and lightning protection. -
Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of earthing and lightning protection products and industry standards (IS, IEC).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

License:
Willingness to travel; valid driving license (if field sales involved)
