Overview
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting industrial and hospital clients across Central India and promoting our range of air compressors. We are authorized dealers for two reputed multinational brands, and this role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the region.
The candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing customer interactions from initial contact to inquiry generation and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Customer Visits

Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, manufacturing industries, and engineering companies.

Conduct regular field visits to generate inquiries and build relationships with decision-makers and technical personnel.

Educate customers about our product range, features, benefits, and brand reputation.

Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
2. Product Promotion and Demonstration

Present and explain technical specifications and applications of air compressors suited to client needs.

Promote the value proposition of our multinational brand partnerships and after-sales support.

Arrange and conduct on-site demonstrations or presentations, as needed.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution

Work with management to develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans.

Set and achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by offering continuous support and follow-up.

Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients before, during, and after the sales process.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
5. Coordination and Reporting

Coordinate with the technical team for installation support, service scheduling, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of visits, inquiries, quotations, and orders using CRM tools or company databases.

Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, market feedback, and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

Confident in interacting with engineers, procurement managers, doctors, and technical heads.

Good understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in industrial or healthcare sectors.

Basic knowledge of mechanical or industrial equipment (experience in compressors is a plus).
