Job Description
- We are looking for sales and marketing Executive, for our Brand Great Photo Frame
- We are open to hire both Girl or Boy
- This will Include Field Activity and travel.
- Person should have their own vehicle
- They need to sale products on grocery shop, chemist and other confectionery shop
- The person need to sale product in market with open stalls
- Should be creative to sale the products
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our premium photo frames and related products. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales channels (Retail, Online, and Corporate Sales).
2. Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote Great Photo Frame products.
- Manage social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Create promotional materials, catalogs, and digital content to engage customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries professionally.
- Collect feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for brand differentiation.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of sales transactions, client interactions, and leads.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.
Skills & Competencies Required
✅ Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to convert leads into customers.
✅ Marketing & Branding Knowledge – Experience in social media, digital marketing, and promotions.
✅ Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to engage with clients effectively.
✅ Creativity & Content Creation – Ability to design marketing materials and campaigns.
✅ Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Ability to meet sales and marketing goals.
✅ Basic Knowledge of E-commerce – Experience in selling on Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram, etc. (Preferred).
