Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role primarily involves promoting and selling our range of industrial products such as workholding devices, transmission chucks, vices, rack & pinions, and lead screws. The candidate will play a key role in establishing long-term business relationships, expanding customer reach, and creating brand visibility through direct sales visits and participation in industrial exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify, approach, and engage with potential customers in the manufacturing, machining, and industrial engineering sectors.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical features and applications.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.

Technical Consultation

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable workholding and transmission solutions.

Collaborate with technical engineers to provide customized product recommendations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial machinery trends and applications.

Marketing & Business Development

Represent the company at machine tool exhibitions, trade fairs, and industrial expos to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Build strong customer relationships by providing continuous follow-ups and after-sales support.

Create awareness of the company’s product line through field marketing and relationship building.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain and update a database of clients, prospects, and competitors.

Establish long-term partnerships with companies through professional communication and trust.

Handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.

Reporting & Market Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Gather feedback from clients and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Suggest improvements in marketing strategies to enhance reach and sales effectiveness.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a technical understanding of industrial products.
