Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and offering additional solutions.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.

Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.

Manage social media platforms, online ads, email marketing, and website content (depending on company structure).

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and advertising agencies to produce effective promotional material.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

Create and manage a pipeline of leads from different sources including exhibitions, online platforms, and inbound inquiries.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and build a network of prospective clients.

Use CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.

Segment and target specific customer demographics to increase conversion rates.
