Job Description

Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering customer queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining customer relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, social media, direct visits).
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media promotions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing content.
Represent the company at events, trade shows, or exhibitions when required.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
