Sales and marketing executive of solar panel according to market, taking orders and inform the details to the concerned person and follow the customer requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial clients).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.

2. Customer Interaction & Order Management

  • Educate customers on the benefits, cost savings, and technical details of solar panels.
  • Take customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.

3. Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands.

4. Coordination & Customer Follow-ups

  • Communicate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, and referrals.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and order progress.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
