Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial clients).
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.
2. Customer Interaction & Order Management
- Educate customers on the benefits, cost savings, and technical details of solar panels.
- Take customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide regular updates to the concerned internal departments for order processing.
3. Market Research & Strategy Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Conduct promotional activities, trade shows, and awareness campaigns.
4. Coordination & Customer Follow-ups
- Communicate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, and referrals.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and order progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
