Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in promoting and selling high-quality fitness equipment to individual customers, gyms, fitness studios, hotels, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong communication and selling skills, and a desire to grow with a leading brand in the health and wellness industry.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying leads, demonstrating fitness products, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. In addition, you will support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom or at the store.

Explain features, benefits, warranty terms, and usage of fitness equipment like treadmills, cross-trainers, home gyms, dumbbells, spin bikes, etc.

Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable equipment based on their needs and budget.

Demonstrate how equipment works and answer any technical or usage-related queries.

Prepare quotations and handle price negotiations professionally.

Follow up with leads (via phone, WhatsApp, or email) until the deal is closed.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
2. Field Sales & B2B Outreach:

Visit potential clients such as gyms, hotels, fitness centers, corporate offices, builders, and schools to pitch fitness solutions.

Conduct onsite product demos, meetings, and presentations.

Build a pipeline of B2B clients and follow up for orders, bulk deals, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.

Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business.
3. Marketing & Promotion:

Support and implement offline marketing campaigns such as showroom offers, local advertising, banner placements, and exhibitions.

Participate in fitness expos, events, and roadshows to promote brand awareness.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and online product listings.

Collect customer testimonials and success stories for marketing use.
4. CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer details, follow-ups, calls, visits, and conversions in CRM software or spreadsheets.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager.

Provide customer feedback, competitor pricing, and market insights to help improve products and strategies.
5. After-Sales Support:

Coordinate with the service and delivery team for smooth equipment installation.

Ensure that the customer receives proper usage guidance, warranty documents, and after-sales service support.

Handle minor customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and local language.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Basic technical knowledge of fitness machines or a willingness to learn.

Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (preferred for field sales roles).
Preferred:

Background in fitness, wellness, health clubs, or gym-related products.

Experience in selling high-ticket items or consultative selling.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
