Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Description
Diploma / Degree with Minimum 1 year of Experience in Elevator Industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
-
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Promote elevators, escalators, and related services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and property developers.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
-
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Handle social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital promotions.

Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products.
4. Quotation & Negotiation
-
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on customer needs.
-
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals successfully.
-
Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
5. Coordination & Reporting
-
Work closely with the technical, installation, and service teams for seamless project execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the elevator industry.
