Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive for our insurance broking company. The role involves promoting our insurance products to SMEs, corporates and Individual across health, life, motor, property, and general insurance segments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and digital channels

Promote Group Mediclaim, Motor, Fire, Property, WC, GPA, and Term Life Insurance

Maintain client relationships and ensure timely renewals and servicing

Work with internal teams to prepare competitive insurance quotes and presentations

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Participate in marketing activities like seminars, lead generation drives, and exhibitions

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Good understanding of insurance products (training will be provided)

Ability to build and manage client relationships

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
