Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
Support digital marketing activities such as social media, email marketing, and promotions
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
