Job Overview
A Sales and Marketing Executive for our all-in-one motorcycle community platform is responsible for promoting our platform, connecting with riders, clubs, and businesses, and driving user engagement and growth. This role involves a combination of sales outreach, marketing strategy, content promotion, partnership development, and community building.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will serve as the key point of contact for our biker community, helping to expand our reach, onboard users, and establish strong relationships with motorcycle clubs, local businesses, and gear suppliers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about motorcycles, skilled in sales and marketing, and driven to grow online communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Engagement & Growth

Connect with motorcycle riders, clubs, and enthusiasts to promote the platform.

Organize on-ground events, meetups, and rides to increase community engagement.

Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and requests to ensure a positive experience.

Encourage active participation in forums, discussions, and platform activities.
2. Sales Outreach & Business Development

Identify and approach local businesses, dealerships, and gear suppliers for partnerships.

Promote opportunities for businesses to advertise or collaborate on the platform.

Negotiate deals, pricing, and partnership terms to maximize platform revenue.

Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into active users or business partners.
3. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to attract riders and businesses.

Promote platform features such as ride planning, buying/selling bikes, clubs, and services.

Coordinate with design and content teams to create social media posts, banners, emails, and promotional material.

Monitor campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Digital & Social Media Management

Manage social media accounts and online communities (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content, including blogs, videos, posts, and newsletters.

Respond to comments, messages, and queries on digital channels.

Track and analyze social media metrics, traffic, and user behavior to optimize engagement.
5. Event Planning & Execution

Plan and organize rides, rallies, workshops, and exhibitions for the biker community.

Coordinate logistics, promotions, and communications with participants and partners.

Capture feedback and insights from events to improve future activities and platform features.

Represent the platform at motorcycle shows, club events, and industry gatherings.
6. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research on motorcycle trends, competitor platforms, and emerging community needs.

Collect insights from riders and businesses to guide feature development and marketing initiatives.

Report findings to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of partnerships, campaigns, events, and user growth metrics.

Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, marketing ROI, and community engagement.
